Every company that goes public has a story that never makes it into the prospectus: the pitch meetings that went sideways, the pricing call at midnight, the first trade, and the quarters that followed. IPO Stories is a podcast about those stories, told by the people who lived them — founders, CEOs and CFOs who took their companies to the public markets.

Each episode is a single conversation about a single listing: why the company chose to go public, how the process really worked from the inside, what surprised them, and what they would tell the next founder standing where they stood.

The show is hosted by Per Einar Ellefsen and Gautier Rousseau, co-founders of Amundsen Investment Management, who have spent their careers investing in IPOs and equity capital markets transactions.

New episodes are published on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. If you took a company public and want to tell the story, or just want to get in touch, reach out to the hosts on LinkedIn.
